Estimates and quotes are generated using automated processes and user inputs. They are indicative only.

2. Accuracy & responsibility

You are responsible for checking all generated documents before using them with clients or contractors.

BuildQuote Pro accepts no responsibility for incorrect pricing, time scales, materials, compliance issues, or financial loss resulting from the use of generated documents.

3. Payments

Payments made for quotes, estimates, or add-on services are for access to the service and are non-refundable once delivered.

4. VAT

Where applicable, VAT is charged on our fees. Builders are responsible for applying VAT correctly to their own quotes if VAT registered.

5. Limitation of liability

BuildQuote Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
